Business workflows first

I gather requirements directly from owners and operators, then design modules around their real workflows — shifts, orders, stock, payroll — instead of abstract CRUD screens.

Data integrity under multi-tenancy

Tenant-isolated data access, role-based permissions, and transactional handling of money and stock operations — so one client's mistake never touches another client's books.

Real-time where it matters

WebSocket sync keeps POS, kitchen, and back office on the same state, with optimistic UI and conflict handling for cashiers working concurrently.

Owned in production

I deploy, monitor, and evolve these systems after launch: schema migrations on live data, performance fixes on real query loads, and features driven by operator feedback.

About

For the past 5+ years I've worked as an independent full-stack engineer — mostly on long-term products I designed and built from scratch for real businesses, working directly with their owners.

That setup means I own every layer: requirement interviews, data models, APIs, interfaces, deployment, and production support after launch. When something breaks at the cash register on a Friday night, I'm the one who fixes it — which changed how I think about data integrity, migrations, and error handling.

My strongest domain is operational business software: ERP, POS, e-commerce, and admin platforms. I'm looking for a remote full-time or contract role where that end-to-end ownership is valuable.
